For travelers who want more than a collection of reservations, I offer custom trip planning and itinerary design built around your interests, priorities, budget and travel style.
Planning can include accommodations, routing, transportation, tours and activities, unique and authentic experiences, reservations and the details that make everything work together. You'll receive curated recommendations rather than an overwhelming list of options, and we'll refine the itinerary together before I coordinate the arrangements.
Custom itinerary planning starts at $150 for a weekend trip. Your planning fee is based on the length, destinations, number of travelers, transportation logistics and overall complexity of your trip.

COMPLIMENTARY HOTEL-ONLY BOOKINGS
Already know where you're going and just need a great place to stay?
My hotel-only bookings are always complimentary. I'll research the best-fit options for your dates and preferences, send a bookable quote or book on your behalf and, when available, add preferred-partner benefits such as daily breakfast, hotel credits, upgrades, early check-in or late checkout — at no additional cost to you.
And after you're booked, I'll keep an eye on your rate. If the price drops and your reservation is eligible to be rebooked, I'll help you take advantage of the lower rate.

Whether you're considering an ocean or river cruise, a rail journey or a packaged vacation, I'll help you compare the options based on your travel style, interests and priorities — not simply what's popular.
I'll help with the appropriate itinerary, accommodations or cabin, and booking details, and can coordinate eligible hotels and other arrangements surrounding the trip.
Most cruise, rail and packaged-vacation bookings do not require a planning fee. Customized pre- or post-trip itinerary planning may require an additional planning fee.
GROUP TRAVEL
Bringing people together is the reason for the trip. Managing everyone's travel shouldn't be.
From family celebrations to corporate retreats and groups built around a shared passion, I provide group travel planning at several levels — from a straightforward hotel block to full-service planning and coordination.
Group hotel blocks of 10 rooms or more are complimentary when booked through Mary Beth's Adventures.
Full-service group planning fees are customized based on group size, complexity and services required. You'll always receive a clear scope of services and planning fee before research begins.

For couples with guests traveling to their wedding, I can help with hotel blocks, guest accommodations, transportation and other travel surrounding the celebration. I can also assist with resort or hotel venue sourcing when the wedding itself will take place at a hotel or resort.
