My Custom Itinerary Planning service takes your ideas, interests, travel style and budget and turns them into a thoughtfully planned trip that feels like you.

What's Included:

Personalized Trip Planning
I'll start with my travel planning questionnaire so I can get to know how you like to travel, what's important to you and what you want from this trip. Your planning also includes one planning consultation, if needed, to talk through the details.

A Curated Trip Proposal
I'll research your trip and create a personalized proposal based on the preferences and budget we've discussed. Rather than handing you an overwhelming list of possibilities, I'll narrow the options down to the ones I think are the best fit for you.

Hotel Recommendations
You'll receive up to three thoughtfully selected accommodation options per destination, when appropriate. I'll consider location, experience, amenities, value and how each property fits into the overall trip—not just its star rating.

Itinerary & Routing
For multi-destination trips, I'll help determine the order of your destinations, how long to spend in each place and how the pieces of your trip fit together.

Transportation Planning
I'll research and recommend appropriate transportation between destinations, which may include trains, private transfers, rental cars, ferries or other local transportation.

Tours, Activities & Experiences
I'll recommend experiences based on what you actually enjoy—from the must-sees that are worth your time to lesser-known experiences that make the trip feel personal.

Two Rounds of Revisions
Your first proposal is a starting point, not a take-it-or-leave-it itinerary. You'll have up to two rounds of revisions so we can fine-tune the trip together.

Booking & Coordination
Once you've approved your plans, I'll book and coordinate the agreed-upon travel components that are available through my travel partners and suppliers.

Your Final Itinerary
Before you travel, you'll receive an organized itinerary with your confirmed reservations, transportation details, activities and important trip information all in one place.

Pre-Trip Check-In
We'll make sure you're ready to go and address any final questions before your departure.

Support While You Travel
If an issue comes up with a reservation I've booked, you don't have to figure it out alone. Support will be available for the travel components booked through me.

A Collaborative Approach

I don't believe using a travel advisor means giving up the fun of planning your own vacation. I'll do the time-consuming research, narrow down the choices and help make sure the logistics work. You'll still be involved in the decisions that make the trip yours. Think of it as having someone in your corner who knows where to look, what questions to ask and how to turn all those ideas you've been saving into an actual trip.

Planning Fees

Custom itinerary planning fees are based on the complexity of your trip, including trip length, number of destinations and travelers, transportation logistics and the level of planning required.

You'll always know your planning fee before I begin your custom research.

Planning fees cover my experitise, my professional time, research and itinerary design and are separate from the cost of your travel arrangements.
